By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Renewly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Renewly is a personal subscription tracking and reminder application provided by Keval Vasaniya. The app allows you to:

• Add subscriptions
• Record subscription prices
• Record renewal dates
• Select billing cycles
• Schedule renewal reminders
• View upcoming renewals
• View subscription history
• Review recurring subscription spending

Renewly does not require you to create an account or log in. Your subscription information is stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including the correct:

• Subscription price
• Renewal date
• Billing cycle
• Reminder settings

Renewly provides reminders as a convenience. Renewly does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered or seen. Notifications may be affected by:

• Device settings
• Notification permissions
• Focus or Do Not Disturb modes
• Battery-saving features
• Operating system behavior
• Device restrictions
• Other technical issues

You remain responsible for managing and cancelling your subscriptions directly with the relevant service provider. Renewly does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Renewly does not process, control, or have access to charges made by the subscription services you track, such as streaming services, software subscriptions, memberships, cloud storage, or other recurring services. Renewly is only a tracking and reminder tool.

You must manage cancellations, payments, refunds, and billing disputes directly with the relevant subscription provider.

Renewly relies on the information you enter. The app does not independently verify subscription prices, renewal dates, billing cycles, or charges, and any totals or insights shown are based solely on your entries.

Renewly is provided on an “as available” basis. Its availability or functionality may occasionally be affected by maintenance, operating-system changes, device issues, or other circumstances. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free of interruptions.

By using Renewly, you agree to:

• Use the app lawfully.
• Provide accurate information when entering subscription details.
• Maintain appropriate security for your device.
• Keep notification permissions enabled if you want to receive reminders.

The Renewly app, website, branding, design, logos, text, and other original materials are owned by Keval Vasaniya or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. This does not include third-party trademarks, which belong to their respective owners.

You may use Renewly to track subscriptions offered by third-party companies. Renewly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party services unless explicitly stated. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Renewly is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not guarantee that you will avoid any subscription renewal or charge. Renewly does not provide financial, legal, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Keval Vasaniya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for subscription charges, renewals, or fees arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including missed or undelivered reminders. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Features and functionality of Renewly may change, be added, or be removed over time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
